While we accept instructions across all of Ireland, our physical consultation bases strategically serve Donegal, the Inishowen peninsula, and the wider Northwest region.

How It Works
Your solicitor instructs us. CV, methodology and fee schedule are issued at the outset.
Separate meetings with each parent. Both are treated equally throughout.
Your child is heard in a calm, child-friendly setting — never in court.
Typically 6–8 weeks. Released to the court once fees are settled.
Statutory Framework
The Guardianship of Infants Act 1964 splits Section 32 into two distinct functions. Understanding this distinction is essential for instructing solicitors.
A full, holistic assessment examining the child's overall environment, emotional well-being, parenting capacity, family dynamics, and wishes. The Act allows the court to appoint any suitable "expert."

Under no circumstances will the final Section 32 or Voice of the Child report be released to instructing solicitors or submitted to the judge until all fees are paid in full by both parties — or fully settled via confirmed Legal Aid drawdowns.
